They were politicians, conspirators, aristocrats and true Croatian patriots, with their impact on Croatian politics and culture still having a strong stamp on the country and its people to this day. In honour of this, the Primorje-Gorski Kotar county had started Tracing the Frankopan Lineage, an interconnected tourist route meant to preserve and celebrate the family's historical and cultural impact in an everchanging world.
