min"The Pride of the Third World" is the title of a series of 16 comedy programs broadcast on La 2 of Spanish Television between 1993 and 1994, starring the comedy duo Faemino and Cansado. The programs were recorded almost without cuts in the Galileo Galilei theater in Madrid, with a live audience, and each episode ran for less than thirty minutes. "The Pride of the Third World" largely cemented the duo's place in the hearts of Spanish audiences, despite it not being their first television appearance and none of their programs achieving high ratings.
